Hi! Welcome to my website.

I live and work on the Isle of Wight and have been here since I was nearly ten. My parents moved here after travelling and living abroad for many years when I was younger. 

After getting very into art at school, I studied it at A Level where I got fully hooked. I then left the Island to do Foundation Art in Portsmouth for a year and then to Plymouth to continue studying, but I soon found I'd lost the desire to be schooled anymore. Though I lost no interest in the art and since then I've been figuring out my own path with paintings, illustration and creativity in general..

I work with glass currently for a sculptor on the Island, hand sculpting glass animals and jewelery, and assisting him with making larger pieces. Also, recently I have been doing pottery and thowing which I hadn't done for 4/5 years and really liking working with porcelain.

I've been doing more illustrative work lately and smaller paintings, as most of my work is pretty big so I've been enjoying working smaller. Plus working on collage pieces with torn up paper with song words and stuff printed from an old typewriter. (I collect typewriters..) Just done the two new pieces on the main gallery in the last week, quite a different style was trying to free things up a bit and didn't use any references for those paintings, so is much more spontaneous and faster way of working which is good..
